Topic: create ticket via email

Hi all

maybe this topic has been solved in another one, but I need some help/advice.

When we create ticket via email all emails have a especific subject. that subject is our title of ticket

I would like to know if subject is same as title already create, I can add the body of that email as a Follow up inside that ticket

unless subject is like [GLPIxxxx]   (xxxx: ticketID) you can't

thanks  a lot. I already found that if oyu reply to the email that GLPI generates itself it will save it into follow ups.
