Email notifications customization- Resolved

Good Day

we are currently in the process of implementing GLPI 9.2.2, i am customising the company emails that are sent by the system to the users.

my challenge is, i am able to customise the body of the emails and enter the structure i need using notification templates. but i cannot remove the below text on the emails:

Automatically generated by GLPI 9.2.2

please assist in directing me on how to remove these lines of text. because even the response by email is not correctly functioning.

switch mailgate off, these lines should disappear.

ok, i managed to find it. the challenge is we are using mailgate to automatically retrieve system emails. The users are logging tickets by emailing . we retrieve these emails every 5 minutes.

if mailgate is switched off. can the system still send out email notifications to the user.

Goal: i want to block users from replying to the notifications sent to them , because that causes a new ticket to be created with their response.

Hi. We have a similar issue, i ask for advice.

we would like to rename "=-=-=-= To answer by email, write above this line =-=-=-= " to just the "=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= " for all users, so the text is not included.

Reasoning:
- Most users should not know about this functionality in the e-mail.
- Specific users should know about this functionality.
