Yes, assign to my self or assign to user/group work correctly

Re: Unable to assign to Supplier

Hi

I do not reproduce (on a fresh and empty glpi setup). Maybe I misunderstand the issue. Can you tell steps to reproduce, and tell if you got ticket templates enabled on categories or entities ?

No support with MP - Always run an upgrade task on a testing instance before running it on production! Always backup before any upgrade task!

Re: Unable to assign to Supplier

Hi,
with my 0.90.1 (out of the box) it works.

do you use entities ?
does  supplier have rights on ticket entity ?

do you see supplier in dropdown ?

do you use plugins ( behaviors )?

can you assign ticket to several techs and groups ?
