Ticket creation through formcreator

Hi,

We are using Formcreator in order to create new user ticket in GLPI. Is there a way to map the id of the form saved in GLPI with the corresponding ticket gererated by the form.
Form ID=Ticket ID

Hi

It is unclear if you want to find the linked form or form answer.

When formcreator creates a ticket a row is created In the table glpi_items_tickets. It links the ticket (column tickets_id) with the form answer (columns itemtype and items_id).

If you need to find the form, read the previously found form answer in the table glpi_plugin_formansers. The column plugin_formcreator_forms_id tells which form was used to created the form answer.
