Zendesk presents a number of ways to add additional records to tickets. This facilitates offer context for sellers or can even be used to trigger enterprise logic. The iOS and Android cell SDKs offer 4 ways to append additional information to created tickets. This data is saved globally so it may be set at any time before a ticket is created and can be brought to each ticket submitted over the lifetime of the app. beneath is a brief summary observed through examples of a way to use each type in the cell SDKs. all the examples underneath upload metadata to tickets created through the Zendesk cellular SDK. They haven't any effect at the UI furnished with the SDK.
