Error new ticket by if is not using execute button in mailgate

Version 9.2.2 I have Automatic Action Mailgate program every 15 minutes.

If I send one mail the automatic action not create new ticket.

But if I execute the action manually then it works correctly and the ticket is created

Hi,
is mailgate automatic ation mode set to CLI or GLPI ?

windows or linux server ?

if GLPI mode :

create some tickets, solve tickets , this will trigger mailgate actions.

if CLI mode
add a line in your server crontab that runs glpi/front/cron.php every  15 minutes this will trigger automatic acions

Sorry ,   I'm not explain correctly.   The job executes everi 15 min,  but

Using the same mail (sender, destination, subject and body)

If the job is executed by cron or trigger then I obtain this   (the mail is rejected)
En ejecución    2.370 segundos      1    Número de mensajes: disponibles=1, recibidos=1, rechazados=1, errores=0, lista negra=0

but If i execute the job manually I obtain this
En ejecución    3.217 segundos      1    Número de mensajes: disponibles=1, recibidos=1, rechazados=0, errores=0, lista negra=0

check that the email "FROM" is not admin email   (to avoid loops, glpi discards these emails)

check administration>rules>Rules for assigning a ticket created through a mails receiver

I think is all correct,   Simply the firs rule :

Condition :  Destinatario de correo    es    dimilXXX@sopXXX.XXX.XXX
Action Entidad basada en el perfil de usuario    Asignar    Sí  (entity based on user profile)

But the mail is rejected,, 

Hoy can I see why a mail is rejected.

(Notifications by mail works correctly,  an if a user responds a existing ticket usin mail,  works correctly too)
