Greetings, I have updated the version of glpi to 9.2.1 but the notifications when a new follow-up does not reach the applicant and when a technician resolves a ticket it automatically closes, in my previous version everything worked correctly

I think your last version was <0.90 so take a look at some forum posts you need additional configuration:
You can mark this threat as [resolved] in subject of your threat. (This is only available edit of the first post.) It is good for users who help others to quickly see which post is still open.

Thanks, in our case when migrating the version the automatic action queuednotification was stopped, we changed the parameter $ SMTPDebug = 2 identifying that there was no activity in our SMTP, we removed the messages in queue and it has returned to work without problem.
