Automatic closing of solved tickets after 1 day

Hi, I'm trying to configure the "Automatic closing of solved tickets after 1 day"

I set Automatic Action "Close tickets" to run every 12 hours and Run mode "GLPI"

I have two tickets with status "solved"

My problem is that the Automatic Action never run and my tickets never are closed.

Could you guide me?

What is wrong with my configuration?

Why does not the task run and the tickets not closed?

Regards...

Re: Automatic closing of solved tickets after 1 day

I recognize your problem on screenshot 2.
Next run "as soon as possible". GLPI know that it have delay. I think you are waiting at least 18 hours.  (last save time) perhaps more

Do you know about the difference between cli and glpi ?
- In GLPI mode you must have action in your GLPI site to send notification.
- Put automatic task in CLI mode and create the cron for guaranteed process. (You need credencials on the server and the background knowledge )
