Hello,
I would like to ask. Is it possible to see e-mail notifications that has been send? Lets just say I want to check, if a notification was send to all users or if it was send correctly. I can see them in notification queue but only for a while, and when they are send I no longer can find them.
I need to be able to check on send notification even if they where suppose to be send week ago. Is there somekind of a history in a ticket or in notifications? A plug in or anything else?

once the notification is send, you can read it in "trash can" for a time that is defined in :
setup>automatic Actions> queuednotificationclean>Days to keep sent emails
if you have 9.1 or before :
setup>automatic Actions> queuedmailsclean>Days to keep sent emails

Tank you very much. It helped. We have 9.2.1. and I can see them in the trash can folder.

If I may ask again. Is there a way I can see also recieved e-mail? Or thoose one that are in junk? Lets say a customer send an e-mail, but we dont recieve it, can I check it somewhere?

If you configured a "Refused" Folder in you email receiver, check in there

For notification sent, they are in glpi/files/_log/mail.log
For mail received, you must define a folder for accepted emails. If not, email is deleted after import in GLPI
