Hi Guys,
I would like report one possible bug at GLPI 9.1.6, when we insert the treatment in the ticket (Tasks, Followups and Solution) is generating one character "rn" between lines.
Example:
Dear John Silva,
´rn´
Your ticket was solved at 08/12 by our tech Willian Rocha.
'rn'
we wait your feedabck in the satisfaction survey.
'rn'

'rn' is write in the desrciption of the task, followup or solution or in a notification?
Do you used rich text in your GLPI configuration?
