I have problem.
I have devices which are assigned technician (Technician in charge of the hardware). When anyone created new ticket, chooses 'Item typ' -> 'device' -> "THE DEVICE" and chooses localization. When ticket is saved is not assign to anyone to it.
I want to that my Technician (Technician in charge of the hardware) who is assigned to "THE DEVICE" , will be assign to this request.
