I have a group with 5 users: user A, user B, user C, user D and user E.
They are all in the same Entity and Group.
I would like that when user A opened a ticket, this ticket would be visible for all the other users.
I can figure out how to do this. Help, please?

You can add the group as requester or observer
You can mark this threat as [resolved] in subject of your threat. (This is only available edit of the first post.) It is good for users who help others to quickly see which post is still open.

You can add watchers group in the simplified interface.
For equesters group, you can use Behaviors plugin
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version

I added the group as watchers after the ticked was created, but other users couldn't see the ticket. Do I have to add the group as watchers in the moment I create the ticket?

HI,
administration>profile>[userABCDEProfile]>assistance> see group tickets=YES
if you want user to see entities ticket : set profile to see all tickets = yes
give users A,B,C,D,E this profile valid on their entity.
