Hi!
I create users in glpi as "self service" but when they create a ticket, they can add an observer and they shouldn't do it. How can i remove that?

You can create new ticket template.
Add this ticket template to profile "self service"
hide observer field from this ticket template
You can mark this threat as [resolved] in subject of your threat. (This is only available edit of the first post.) It is good for users who help others to quickly see which post is still open.

That is not the question. I wanna remove the option when a user (self service) create the ticket.

If the user have this ticket template the user don't see this option. I believe this is the only way to solve your requirement. i did this in this way with other fields.
