When a user opens a ticket by e-mail (mail gateway), the ticket is falling on the root entity and not the entity that the user has access. That is, the ticket is opened, but the user can not view. How do I get MailGate open properly in the entity that sends each user?
Only through business rule?
GLPI 0.84 (RC3)
Thanks so much!

Hello
Is the user well configured ? (means does he have at least post-only rights on a specific entity ?)
