ticket template - custom field

Hi,
I'm working on a new ticket template. On GLPI 0.83 I can hide unused fields, and that's OK, but is there a way to add new custom field?
Planned scenario: When I take a new ticket to processing, I must declare how many working hours are planned to complete task. It's not the same as due date.
Or maybe there is a another way to get this functionality via some built-on field?

Re: ticket template - custom field

You can add a new task and plan it using the 'Plan this task' option. There you can set the period you have planned to solve it.
Hope it helps.

Re: ticket template - custom field

Thanks, but it's not exactly what I'm looking for.
In my scenario, task can be planned to resolve for example in 2 hours, but start date can be unknown (today, tomorrow etc.) This field should be for determine how many hours continously work is planned for task, independently on start date.
