Can we please add the following permission to the simplified interface?
Add a followup to tickets of associated group(s) :
Currently it is only available for the standard interface.
If I have a business rule to automatically assign tickets to a specific group if the criteria is satisfied such as a particular user, category, etc., there is not the option from the simplified interface profile to add a followup to tickets of associated groups.
I would prefer the end-user to use the simplified interface instead of the standard interface, so items such as category can be controlled and the end-user is not using the same defaults as the ticket writer.
The alternative solution or related request to this would be to restrict ticket categories per profile and/or group, instead of just by entity.
