Hi all,
My problem is that when I report an incidence by email, the incidence appears as root entity. Is there any way to make the incidence appear with the entitiy that belongs to the user email?
I created a user "A" with the email: a@domain.com. That user belongs to the entity "Entity1", but when I report an incidence from the email "a@domain.com", the incidence appears in GLPI as "root entity" instead of "Entity1"
I want to change that, can you please help me?
