Mailgate issue
Hello and sorry for my English.
I did a fresh install of GLPI 0.83.7 . I'm trying to set the option to create a ticket from an email given. In Setup> Receivers I add the email account. I tried to send a test mail and then run the task "mailgate" and says the following:
Date - 08/01/2013 19:50T.
Duration - 0.289s
Number - 1
Description - Action completed, fully processed
So far so good except that the received mail does not create any ticket. In options, I put the GLPI in debug mode. This is the error that comes out.

Do you use plugin ?
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache

No, I did a clean install, I have not installed any plugin yet. I need one to do that?

Can you look at the inbox of the email address to check that your mail arrives correctly ?

Yes, even after the GLPI collects them, are removed from the inbox

It seems that GLPI failed to get headers of your emails.
But I have no idea why. Have you try to change configuration of the mailgate ?
Drop no-tls for example or do not use SSL if possible ?
