Hi All, Installed GLPI 0.83.7 on a windows platform works fine...Now I wanted to have the categories of tickets under one of my entity which is in tern under Root Entity. When I add a ticket category, I can only see the Root entity, I don't see the entity which I have added..Can somebody help...
I have gone through the forum I couldn't find any help..

You also applied for child entities, scoring on yes?

mpbraj.aj, you can check this:
Go to Setup -> Dropdown
Click on Show ALL
In Assistance -> Categories of tickets
Click on any category. In the Right Corner, problably you have a select box near Child Entities. Select Yes and click on Update.
Logout and Login again. Do test.

HI andersguitar, Thanks for your response...The Child Entity is already in "Yes" ...I still don't see the Entities I have created...Any help...
