How do I set automaticaly a ticket that was opened by email to an Entity?
The rule could be an especific User1/Email -> entity1
I tried to set a rule "Rules for assigning a ticket created through a mail receiver" like that:
Criteria: "Email header: from" is tiagosoares@netmaker.com.br (me)
Fields: Entity Assign ENTITY1
But when I opened a ticket by email, the entity that was assigned is "Root entity" not "ENTITY1"

The order of rules is very important because they are all played.
Is your rule in first position ?
