How to Setup Mailgate

Hi,

I can see GLPi Version 7 and above have the feature on mailgate where user can send ticket to helpdesk via email.Just wondring how to send up the mail gate.

I have set the setting at Home>>Setup>>Automatic Action>>mailgate.Adminstrator email address at "Notification" already set as well. So what should I do next in order to let user send in their ticket ?

Please help.

Je m'explique: dans mon système de helpdesk, il y a 2 services appelés A & B; question: Comment attribuer automatiquement un ticket au service B envoyé par mail?
