Hi,
I can see GLPi Version 7 and above have the feature on mailgate where user can send ticket to helpdesk via email.Just wondring how to send up the mail gate.
I have set the setting at Home>>Setup>>Automatic Action>>mailgate.Adminstrator email address at "Notification" already set as well. So what should I do next in order to let user send in their ticket ?
