Hello. I moved my GLPI install to a new server and am up and running. It appears that the only issue is that when I submit a helpdesk ticket by either email or phone, I do not receive the ticket in the GLPI software. Could someone advise? Thanks

I see what is happening. The tickets will come in if I manually go to Home >Setup > Receivers and click 'get email tickets now'. How do we automate the process? Thanks

You have to configure the mailgate settings in Set Up -> Automatic Actions. I have all my automatic actions setup with a crontask as I could not get the glpi option to work initially.
