Hello All.
I did to update glpi for 0.83. After this update, all open tickets has not been able to send alerts for IT. I checked all rules and it is ok. Someone could help me!? I receive alerts when I change tickets, but when is new ticket or closed ticket, new tasks, follow-up, I'm not receiving yet.

I checked my configuration of notification. It's fine.
The users has create new tickets normally not sending to e-mail IT Support...so the old version this service notification 0.82 was working fine.
