Hello,
If a user (author) doesn't send e-mail to our helpdesk mailbox but calls, then his account can't be created automatically in the GLPI app.
My company use LDAP for authentication and I would like to choose a ticket author username automatically from the LDAP user list.
I have configured LDAP settings already but unfortunately I still can't choose calling users from LDAP directory.
