Auto assignment of a ticket to a computer

Hi.

I configured the e-mail gateway, and GLPI creates a new ticket for each received e-mail from a registered user.
This is working, and I'm happy.

Now the question: could GLPI automatically link the new created ticket to the last computer (if any) connected from the user which sent the e-mail?

Yes, if the ticket contains information about the related computer (name, fqdn, ip, ...)
