Hi every one, sorry but my english its not good, so a try to make my best effort in the language :-).
i have a problem with some tickets recurrent in my GLPI 9.1.6, some this tickets. add tasks or assings to user that is not declarated in the template of the ticket, for example.
if i schedule a ticket without user in the assigment filed, when automatic action run and make the ticket recurrent, assing in this a ramdom user.
Other problem is that sometimes assings random task of random users.
I need help with this!..
