hey Folks,
Hope you can help me.
I try to assign a ticket to a group of technicians.
for example:
- 3 groups (Hardware, Software, Web)
- get a Mail with keyword (webpage) in header or body
- I have a rule that match on this and should assign this ticket to the web helpdesk group
but if i try to create a ruleset under "Rules for assigning a ticket created through a mails Receiver" I can only assign to entity.
Is there an option for assigning to a group?
