When i try to "book" an scheduled intervention i get the following error "You don't have permission to access /glpi/files/_plugins/manageentity/CRI - 090916-125146.pdf on this server"
I tried to change the rights of the directory but the error stayed.

in debug mode no additional errors, just "You don't have permission to access /glpi/files/_plugins/manageentity/CRI - 090917-163853.pdf on this server."
when i remove the directory "manageentity" from the "_plugin" directory i get the following error " PHP ERROR: fopen(../../../files/_plugins/manageentity/CRI - 090917-164101.pdf) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\wamp\www\glpi\plugins\manageentity\fpdf\fpdf.php at line 1046
FPDF error: Unable to create output file: ../../../files/_plugins/manageentity/CRI - 090917-164101.pdf"
no wonder, the directory does not exist.

i make a ticket, schedule a intervention, then i want to "book" the ours of the intervention to the contract and print the intervention. so when i choose intervention report>generation of the intervention report>next screen i choose intervention with contract"name of the contract">"type d'intervention then i "hit" generation of the intervention report.
