Bonjour,
Nous etions sur GLPI sur un windows et suite à un crash nous avons basculé sur un linux.
On a restauré les données, et tout semblais fonctionner normalement...
Mais non. Nous ne pouvons plus ajouter de nouveau suivi à un ticket ouvert, l'onglet est grisé.
Quelqu'un aurait une idée sur le problème?

Je n'ai pas d'erreur en mode debug. Un problème de droit me semble être le plus probable, mais quel fichier est fichier est acceder pendant la manipulation?

j'ai le même problème ! ( je suis aussi passé d'une installation windows sur un linux)
J'ai vérifier les droits là je ne vois pas d'où cela pourrait venir...

comme indiqué sur le post de mid95 si c'était un problème de droit vous ne devriez pas voir l'onglet.
Videz le cache de votre navigateur pour voir.
Désactiver le cache de GLPI aussi.
