Currently, if you want to add a followup AND change something in the ticket, it takes 2 different processes. This results in the end users receiving 2 different notifications int heir email (fiollowup and changed status).
It would be nice if when creating a followup, you have an option to update something in the ticket details also. What about changing "Add" on the follow up screen to "Add And Update"?
