Add followup and update ticket at same time

Currently, if you want to add a followup AND change something in the ticket, it takes 2 different processes.  This results in the end users receiving 2 different notifications int heir email (fiollowup and changed status). 

It would be nice if when creating a followup, you have an option to update something in the ticket details also.  What about changing "Add" on the follow up screen to "Add And Update"?

Going to later this week.  Got a new server coming anyway that im going to put it on. smile

How does .72 handle creating a helpdesk ticket differently?
