Hi all
I`m a having a little trouble trying to create simple template for users to log their issues in helpdesk.I`d really appreciate any suggestions.
I`ve created users and maintained most of the drop-downs...i now want to set automatic assignment of jobs to certain technicians but I cant figure out how to do this and many more things.
Where can I get a detailed manual/turorial for GLPI?

I think you need to set up some Rules under Administration, then Business Rules for Tickets. I have one set up that directs any Ticket with a 'Catgoery' 'is' Purchasing' to be assigned to me.
The Rules take a little working out, but do seem very powerful...
