How do you set who is the technical person in charge?
I found in general setup "Automatic assign the tickets to the technical person in charge" but I cannot locate where or how to set a user to this.

I'm using GLPI to support a non-profit center Hope Pregnancy Centers (hopepc.com). Most workers are volunteers including technical support as am I. I have created a single tech account. What I would like to do is to have all tickets automatically assigned to that account for volunteer tech to check and then work on issue. As said before, have found option in general settings to allow feature but cannot determine how to implement it.
