Hello All,
I upgrade from .68.2 to .70.2 and everything seems to upgrade fine except when I use the Help Desk module. If I have to manually enter a ticket I like to click on the Requester drop down to choose the end user that is requesting support for the ticket. Since the upgrade only my user id shows up in the Requester drop down. I use openldap for authenication and it is a flat ldap hierarchy were all user is under the dc=Users. Any Ideas? This might be by design with the new update. But, I still have end user who refuse to put the ticket in the glpi and rather grab me in the hall. And right now I do not have any management support to force them to use glpi.
Thanks
-Glenn

No, Ajax is enabled on the Display Configuration page.

Disabling Ajax fixed the problem. What is the Ajax option used for in glpi? I thought you would get better web page response on drop down menus with Ajax enable. I guess that is not the case. Thanks you for your help!

Yes that the job.
Dropdown are only populated "on demand".
You have to enter a search criteria on the test input.
