Mail assignment

Hi,

the glpi works very fine for us. GLPI creates a ticket when a user send a ticket to a specific mail address

When we send a new follow-up the user get a mail message, when the user received a message GLPI creates a new TICKET!.. I think its better, the GLPI adds a new follow up not a new ticket.

adding followups is not available in mailgate for the moment.
Task is already added to the roadmap.
