Hello all,
another problem regarding ticket and notification for the requester to his created ticket when SSO is enabled using the following guide:

When someone creates a ticket he gets a notification to it with the ID of the ticket, fine!
When he clicks on the link (with IE) in this notification mail (Outlook) he is always redirected to his main helpdesk page (autologin due to SSO), not to the ticket. Without SSO redirection is working, but he has to login.
Maybe someone has got a solution for this.
