Hi,
We are using GLPI community edition version 10. Currently we have implemented Incident Management.
We plan to implement Change Management. However, I notice that the ticket number for both Incident Management and Change Management start with 1.
Is it possible to distinguish them and say for Change Management, I want to have the ticket numbers starting from 10001

No. Every type of item/request in GLPI starts with ID 1. Tickets and Changes are separate features with their own tables and the ID assignment is handled automatically by the database.

Behavior plugin can change the syntax for tickets.

I don't recommend it. It messes with the settings for the ID column in the database and you cannot simply change the selected format once you mess with it.
