I have a bunch of recurring tickets that are working just fine via cron.
I created a new recurring ticket this morning, scheduled it, but it never created the ticket.
I double checked the server date time and verified it was correct.
How do I go about troubleshooting it?
Recurring ticket:
Active: yes
Start date: 2024-09-25 10:05:00
Periodocity: 1 days
Calendars: Default
Ticket Template: {{The ticket template I want to use}}
End date: none defined
Preliminary Creation: none defined.
The "Historical" table of the recurring ticket shows no entries for new tickets / actions...etc.

What is defined in the tickettemplate? Predefined fields?
