Hello all,
I have a problem with automatic actions running even though theyre disabled.
Namely the problem i have with mailgate. I have disabled it, set it to 8 hours, and configured it to run in either CLI or GLPI mode. None of these things helps, it keeps being executed every minute. I removed all entries of cron.php from the server crontab (both for user crontabs and system-wide cron).
He still gets executed automatically every minute.
Any ideas which setting i might have missed?
Best regards,
Terrokkar

Are you sure there isn't another crontab with an entry that calls cron.php with the "--force mailgate" argument?

I cleared the system wide cron, www-data cron and admin user cron. There isnt any other user on the system.

Root crontab is also empty.
I checked all the logs previously already, cron.log shows no entries for the mailcollector runs that get executed. All other log files dont show anything useful regarding mailgate runs.
Unless theres some other logs than /var/log/glpi which i dont know about.
Best regards,

He meant /var/www/glpi/files/_logs

This folder is completely empty, no files there. Logging is set to 5 in GLPI settings.
