Tickets between differents installations

Hi,

I have two glpi installations in two different locations, i would like people could open ticket on first and send notification on two, basically opening ticket on both. How can i do that?
I have tested this and the ticket has been refused, i think its because the header or GLPI ID from the other installation, but i dont have sure.

I have two glpi installations in two different locations, I would like people to be able to open the ticket in the first and send notification in the second, basically opening a ticket in both. As well as any interaction such as follow-ups or tasks.
How can I do this?
I tested this and the ticket was declined, I think it's because of the other installation's GLPI header or ID, but I'm not sure.
Any ideas?

GLPI explicitly blocks the creation of tickets from GLPI notifications regardless of which GLPI installation they come from.
There is a pull request started to make some of these hard-coded rules configurable in GLPI 11.
