I would need to locate the option that allows you to see the history in the tickets, I see that it has to be something about profiles because the administrator can see them but no other profile can

Hi,
I never seen this before, even in basic profiles with read-only access, i can see ticket history.
Maybe some plugin? Could you try to disable them?

I'm going to test if it's one of the plugins that I have active that's happening, I haven't checked those options yet.

You have to set it in each profile that u want to see the history in the tickets.
