Adding new follow up AND changing ticket details - At the same time
Hello,
I would like to make both actions at the same time.
As far as I can see, it is not possible as both forms are distinct.
Can someone confirm this behaviour can't be changed?

I installed "Split Timeline Action Buttons" plugin to be able to answer and set the status at the same time (which is better than nothing).
