Hi Everyone,
Is it possible to change the formats of the glpi ticket update emails?
Specifically I would like to change the template of when a new ticket is created, when it's updated, etc...
I only found a way to change the format for all the ticket emails, but not for it's sub-categories so to speak.

Under Setup and Notifications you can create new Templates and under Notifications you can select the template for the notifications
