Hello!
When we classify the ticket and assign it to a technician, the name of the requester who requested the ticket in the "Requester" field disappears.
Can anyone help?

I'm not aware of this issue being reported recently. Which version of GLPI are you using, and do you have any plugins installed/enabled?

We are using the 10.0.15 version, which is the latest version of the GLPI (I belive it is though)
