Hi
I'm having trouble doing the following, may someone provide some guidance on how to do so?
1) GLPI has the feature to export a summary like table of all the tickets. However, if I want to export a detailed PDF of a particular ticket I want, how do I do that?
2) I want to replace the default GLPI logo on both the home page & login page.
- Replaced fd_logo.png for homepage under dir /var/www/html/glpi/pics but still no changes.

The PDF plugin should meet your needs to export a Ticket as a PDF:

For the logo changes, it is possible that the old logos are still cached by your browser and clearing the cache will resolve that issue.
Also, if you have a GLPI Network subscription, you could use the Branding plugin for change the GLPI branding.

This plugin does not work on the ticket side and the documentation states that it is for assets and objects.

Sorry, but I have the plugin activated but I don't see the option to export the tickets to pdf, can you tell me how to do it? Thank you so much

Check the Print to PDF tab for your profile.
All I did to test:
1. Copy PDF plugin to plugins folder
2. Run "composer install" from inside the pdf folder
3. Install and enable plugin
4. Open a ticket and notice the Print to PDF tab
