Hello!
I configured Oauth IMAP with Offcie 365, but when I try to collect the emails I get the message below.
An error occurred trying to connect to the collector.
cannot change folder, maybe it does not exist

Did you connect your Oauth IMAP plugin correctly to your Azure (M365)?
In your Azure portal, you have to register new Application and generate "client secret" ID and Client ID.
Then, in your Oauth IMAP plugin, you have to enter your Client ID, "client secret" and your Azure Tenant ID.
After that, in your Oauth IMAP plugin, go to Oauth authorization and create new authorization.

I resolved the issue.
As we changed the license of the account that collected the e-mails, it disabled the IMAP option in the Offcie 365 panel, it was just using another user with IMAP enabled and it worked perfectly.

I resolved the issue, i had created the oauth authorization code with one user admin account (thinking that high level privileges accoutn was needed), but is not, the code authorization during the proceses code generation, i logged with the same email account of the mailbox where the users request support is received.
