The Receiver breaks periodically

Good morning. Please tell me why the receiver might break down.
We use: GLPI v. 10.0.6, Oauth IMAP Plugin v. 1.4.2.
Setting up the Receiver. Everything is working. After about an hour it breaks down and starts spamming: "[Ticket] Receiver Errors (Connection Errors)".
Then, if I click on the button:
Home -> Setup -> Receivers -> "name" -> Actions -> "Get Email Ticket Now", then everything starts working again for an hour.
The interval is not always clear. Sometimes it’s an hour, sometimes an hour and a half, or time in between..
