Ticket "Actors" in GLPI

Hi there,

Do you know if there is a way to add a "Creator" in the GLPI actors specified in a ticket (Requester, observer, Assigned-to) ?

I'm asking because a colleague is creating many tickets on behalf of others (set as Requesters after tickets creation) and would like to keep receiving follow-ups despite removing himself as requester.

The creator role would allow me to update my notification templates in order to do that

Simply add "Writer" as a recipient on the relevant notifications in Setup > Notifications > Notifications.
