Answer To A Problem Creates Ticket

Currently I use glpi 10.0.10
and when someone returns an answer to a problem
it creates new ticket.
Instead of creating new ticket how can I make it like an answer is given to problem?

There is no support for responding to notifications about Changes or Problems to add followups. In fact, there shouldn't be any indication in the notification email that you could respond. If you see the line that says "To answer by email, write above this line", it is a bug I think.
